We are looking for a Senior Art with strong taste, skincare sensibility, and a love for social culture. You’re someone who can set a visual vision and also get your hands dirty—shaping bold concepts, defining key visuals, and turning ideas into beautifully crafted assets. You understand social culture, move fast with trends, and know how to make premium brands feel fresh on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. You enjoy collaborating with designers, motion, and copy, mentoring juniors, and raising the creative bar while staying curious about new tools (yes, including AI).
Key Responsibilities
• Lead concept development and art direction for digital and social campaigns, with a focus on skincare.
• Define and design key visuals (KVs), moodboards, and storyboards that set the creative tone for campaigns.
• Partner with designers, motion teams, and copywriters, providing clear direction and elevating ideas from concept to execution.
• Ensure a consistent, premium visual language across multiple formats and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Bring a strong understanding of digital culture and visual trends, translating them into forward-thinking creative work.
• Balance leadership with craft: while you will direct and oversee, you will also roll up your sleeves to design and refine assets when needed.
• Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering growth and raising the creative bar across the team.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, ideally in agency or digital-first environments, with a proven track record in skincare and beauty campaigns.
• A strong foundation in graphic design prior to stepping into art direction.
• A portfolio that demonstrates high-level visual storytelling, digital-first thinking, and experience in social-first campaigns.
• Ability to merge big-picture conceptual vision with hands-on creation of compelling, polished visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a strong plus).
• Curiosity for AI-driven creative workflows and emerging tools that can enhance ideation and execution.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and expertise in platform-specific best practices.
