About the role
We are hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Dragons Design Studio Team, working primarily on Nestlé Health Science brands. The role focuses on adapting global creative toolkits across social media, print, decks, and digital assets while maintaining strict brand consistency and high production quality in a highly-regulated environment.
We are looking for a detail-oriented designer with strong Design skills, curiosity for social media content, and excellent organizational habits. The ideal candidate is comfortable following brand guidelines across multiple brands, has solid file hygiene, and basic image retouching skills.
This role is ideal for a junior designer who wants to grow in a structured global agency environment, learning production excellence while contributing to high-profile international brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Adapt global creative toolkits across social media, print, presentations, and digital assets.
• Ensure strict brand consistency across multiple Nestlé Health Science brands in a highly regulated environment.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready files with strong attention to detail.
• Resize, version, and localize master assets for different markets and formats.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital following technical specifications.
• Maintain clean file organization and follow internal naming conventions.
• Support basic image retouching and asset adjustments.
• Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflows when relevant (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Sora).
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Experience adapting assets across multiple formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict brand guidelines.
• Organized, structured, and comfortable working in a regulated environment.
• Interest in social media formats and digital content.
