We are looking for a Junior-Mid Copy Creative to join our team working on integrated campaigns for Danone and other Spanish brands.

You will be part of a creative team developing campaign ideas and bringing them to life across multiple touchpoints. This role combines conceptual thinking and strong writing craft within a collaborative agency environment.

You’ll contribute to ideation, help shape creative territories and develop executions that work across formats.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Ideation

• Contribute to the development of campaign concepts and creative platforms

• Bring ideas into brainstorming sessions

• Collaborate closely with Senior Creatives, Art Directors Strategists and Creative Leads

• Help build ideas that can travel across film, digital, OOH and social

Copywriting & Execution

• Develop headlines, claims and campaign messaging

• Write scripts for film and digital pieces

• Create copy for OOH, activations and social extensions

• Ensure consistency of tone and narrative across touchpoints

• Refine work through feedback while maintaining conceptual clarity

Integrated Thinking

• Understand how ideas scale across a 360º campaign

• Apply social awareness within broader campaign systems

• Translate strategy into clear, compelling creative work

Collaboration

• Work under the guidance of senior copywriters and creative leads

• Collaborate with art directors, designers and account partners to bring ideas to life

• Align writing with strategy: campaign objectives and brand positioning

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a creative agency

• A portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking and strong craft

• Able to generate ideas, not just copywrite

• Clear and confident in how you articulate concepts

• Comfortable working in creative duos or teams

• Culturally aware and curious
